Friendly stuff and wonderful treatments

First of all, all the staff are kind, greeting and smiling when we meet. It was also the first time I've ever seen someone use a translation app to accommodate my lack of conversational Armenian or English. The Wi-Fi in the room is of sufficient quality if you upgrade to a higher room. The only drawback is that reservations made through this site only have rooms with mountain views, so you can't get a river view unless you request it directly. Three meals are included, and they're delicious. While food is important when traveling, it can also be a huge mental drain. Having a satisfying meal three times a day eliminates unnecessary thoughts, and even this alone feels like a great mental detox. In winter, the snow piles up surprisingly quickly in a single day, but the roads are cleared, so you can walk and drive cars. If possible, I'd like to stay for a week or so and see how refreshing it is. Looking at the reviews, it's a traditional nursing home, so I think you should visit with the understanding that you're only staying as a guest, even if you're in good health.

“Jump into the past”

It is an old style Soviet era hotel (so the equipment may not be the newest) that serves as a Sanatorium for Mothers and Children, so I was one of rare "outsiders." However, the environment was fabulous, rooms clean (towels seems to be changed every day), they were actually cleaning the corridors all the time. There are self service breakfast, lunch and dinner will a lot of choice, and you can get various medical treatments as well. There are also (covered) parking and great view from the top floors.

The free health spa treatment was very good. I paid for a massage. ANI the masseur was exceptional. Jasmine, the only lady who speaks English at the reception was very helpful. It's a Soviet style establishment with clean but basic facilities.

The staff was really nice, it was also cleaned every day. The food was really nice as well and it was all included. Eventhough I was the only international guest, I had a great time. It's an old soviet building and the room furniture transforms you back in time. The host was the only one who spoke English but made me feel very welcome!

“An interesting experience, but probably wouldn't stay again”

The staff (apart from the girl who collects the food tickets in the dining hall, who was rude and miserable) were great. There was a decent selection of food. Peaceful location. The other guests were friendly and nice to be around.

Good healthy food, central location, awesome view. unfortunately 2 days wasn't enough to get all the treatment , if you like quiet places this hotel fits you right.

Excellent staff , really helpful. Nice "sanatory food" an d breakfast in the same style. Hotel is a time capsul from the 80´s in a nice way. Free parking. Treatment included.
