The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and super helpful, breakfast was amazing, the hotel has everything one needs - towels, comfy beds, view to the mountains and it is located next to the waterfalls. In a nutshell, highly recommended, our family loved our stay there.

“Amazing staff and perfect room! Stay here if in Jermuk”
The staff was so nice and kind, everybody was helpful and smiling all the time. The whole structure was impeccable, the room so clean and very quiet, the bed very comfortable, bathroom perfectly clean with all the amenities. Breakfast was sooooo good! It's perfectly located and from there you can walk anywhere in the city. I would 100% recommend

“Exceptional place”
Very friendly staff, showed me the good spots to visit, location very close to the park, the mineral waters and the waterfall. Breakfast is rich. Room clean, bathroom splendid.
