Room was well maintained and medical spa facilities were excellent. Very supportive staff and arranged nice vegetarian dishes since we were not taking non-veg.

Room was fne, as expected - could have done with a larger robe, but i supose i could have asked for one - but just a note, XXL doesnt mean XXL - it means L. Staff were friendy, as one would expect

Hotel with Spa and Health services. We bought packet 1 day all inclusive and it was perfect, dinner, breakfast, medical check, 6 health treatments, massage, lunch. Professional employees and really relaxing time

We had a good stay at the hotel. Spa area was very nice and clean. The rooms were also comfy.

Excellent team and service. We rested in February, every day they organized interesting events for vacationers dedicated to Trndez, Valentine's Day. They have a wonderful kitchen, friendly employees. The comfort of the room, cleanliness is perfect. The health procedures were very good, new and clean environment, knowledgeable staff.

The structure was clean,welcoming and well organised. The spa and gym were great and the food was delicious too

The only thing i didn’t like was food veriety, it was normal, nothing special. I recommend for future guests to don’t book all inclusive, and insted of that order a preferable food from hotel menu, or eat outside, there are a lot of restaurants. I recommend to Grand resort hotel to fix that problem, and change the menu. It must be balanced, and different.
