I loved the hotel rooms. They were quite spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The staff (both at the hotel and at the spa center) were very helpful, smiley and friendly. I will definitely be back here in the future and highly recommend this place to others.

“The kindness of the staff, and the sense of complete disconnection made our stay a truly pleasant experience”
We had a wonderful stay at Armenia Hotel. Upon arrival, a beautiful bouquet of roses (which I had requested in advance) was waiting in our room – a delicate touch that set the tone right away. The staff were truly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room was huge, making our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the billiard table and the swimming pool.

“Great option for comfortable stay in Jermuk”
Huge room with even bigger balcony (4th floor). Bed was comfortable and shower powerful. Excellent value for money in good location in Jermuk.

“Good value for money, great location.”
The guy who checked us in was super nice, I had a buffet for myself and wanted to pay, but he just waved me away and said all good. The rooms are massive, I normally stay at Marriott properties and was a bit apprehensive, but the room was humongous. I have two kids and they had enough space to run around inside the room! It’s right in the centre and walking distance from the waterfall too. No thermal spa, only downside.

The location was great. We got large room (3 ppl) which was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious (pancakes were amazing). For good value of money.

“Great!”
This is a great hotel. My room was bigger than my own living room, with a huge and comfy bed. Off-street parking, great shower. All I needed. Great value for money.
