“Amazing choice in Jermuk, feels like home!”
We loved everything! The house is equipped with everything you’d need, the barbecue area is available and you can buy firewood at the property. Hot water boiler provides sufficient amount of water, beds are comfy, everything is nice and clean!

The location was fantastic..it’s not far from the city..There is a restaurant near the property..The climate in August is cold from 15 to 11 dgree

“Excellent”
Everything was good. The place is very family friendly. Children can get busy with the trampoline, slide, pool, sand pool, etc. There is also a nice place to have barbecue and eat outside. The host has thought of everything that might be useful for the customers. I highly recommend this place.

We have received the most warm welcome from the staff. The owner was very careful, the lady taking care of the house couldn’t be nicer. She was there every single day to make sure we had everything we needed. The language barrier was easily overcome with a translation application. The house is pretty well made and offers a comfortable stay. Well, it’s not the latest and the best quality according to the Western European standards but it’s still very well made. We loved the brand new and a super cool sauna just next to the house. That’s an absolute winner.

“Relax in the middle of nature with a BBQ!”
Nice quiet location in the nature, very friendly owner who let us make barbecue. enough space for a family of 4 or even 5 people. we had a very relaxing stay!
