“It looked deserted, difficulty getting into room, poor security as back door left open for caravan”
Bed warm and comfy. Shared facilities clean. Loved shared verandah. Close to Criterion hotel, great counter meal. Great bakery over the road for coffee and breakfast

“A good stay in a heritage hotel, with good meals and shelter from the heat.”
The evening meal was great, as I sat and watched the Australia v England Test match. It had the volume turned down, so I had to lip-read. I think I picked up a few words. The air conditioning in my room was good, and even having a shared bathroom/toilet wasn't a problem.
