The rooms were very clean. The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms were around a pretty courtyard. A lovely hanok experience.

“Good value for money.”

The stay in a traditional hanok property was interesting. The first room we were allocated was a little small but the owner moved us into a slightly larger room for the next 2 nights as we were there 3 nights in total. There is a small communal kitchen space where you can make a coffee and bread provided for toast. On the last day the owner provided a hard boiled egg and some apple for our breakfast which was very kind. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom is compact but works. Toiletries were provided. Most people only stay 1 night for the experience.

“Lovely hanok stay”

Neat, peaceful hanok stay on the edge of the hanok village. Made it a lovely spot, without the crowds in the lane way at all hours. The owners were lovely.

I have now stayed at this Hanok hotel for the second time, which already says a lot about how much I like this place. I truly enjoyed my stay – it has everything you need, and the atmosphere is calm, cozy, and authentic. The location is also perfect, situated in a quiet area just a 2-minute walk from the city center. The Hanok itself is very charming, with a small kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made the stay even more comfortable. The host deserves special recognition. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, took the time to show us a map of the city, and gave great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. I genuinely felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. When we were leaving, he kindly offered us breakfast and even drove us to the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My experience truly couldn’t have been better. I am very grateful to the host for providing such a warm and memorable stay. I have stayed here before and made sure to return to the same Hanok during this trip – and I would definitely come back again!

Staff: Run by a couple of old nanny and husband. They are very friendly, welcoming, kind and organized. Location: very strategies location, in between city and hanok village. Just next to the Cheong Yeong bridge. Bus station for city inner route just 100m away. Morning market is nearby too. Room facilities: warm and clean. Surprised with 2 restrooms within the room. 2 queen-size bed. Hot tea / coffee, banana and toast bread available, sel serves.

It was a lovely place to stay and the host was fantastic, he really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay with lots of recommendations etc.

We loved everything about our stay here. Our host and his wife were the kindest, most thoughtful people. Before arriving we were given clear instructions on how to get from the bus station to the accommodation. As part of the check in process, our host gave us the history of the home, and provided great tips on where to visit and where to eat in the city. He and his wife came and dropped off some winter bedding for us, snacks and fruit. They really were just the perfect hosts. The home itself is comfortable and met all our needs. The location is fantastic. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Wi-fi was super fast. Overall this was our favourite accommodation on this trip to South Korea. Would highly, highly recommend for anyone visiting Jeonju.

Love that it was walking distance to Jeonju Hanok Village but it was far enough that it was very peaceful and quiet.

Great location. Unit is warm and clean. There are tea and coffee facilities with microwave in a common clean tiny room shared by others as well. Host is friendly. Will certainly stay here again when in Jeonju. Highly recommended.

It was an adorable hanok, very intimate only a few rooms. The couple running the place were very kind and hospitable. The rooms were cosy, heated floors and shower had good pressure. We opted for the bed (instead of the yo and ibul) and the mattress was quite squishy and soft so if you're not used to that then, you might have some aches.
