“The only place to stay in Jeonju.”

Everyone writes about the owner, and the reviews are right. He’s kind and attentive, he’ll greet you, guide you, and see you off when you leave. The Hanok itself is small and cozy, the rooms are clean, and the garden is beautiful. You’re also within five minutes of the centre of the culture village, which makes it easy to drop things off or head back for a quick rest during the day.

Our host was very welcoming and put us at ease. We had a great time and he did his best to accomodate us (gave directions to taxi, called a taxi for us, etc)

Everything was exceptional. Owner was very kind, accomodating, and very helpful. Even before we arrived, he messaged us for the instruction on how to get to his place and he greeted us warmly when we got of the taxi. He even gave us a map and highlighted the famous places to visit and what to eat here in Jeonju. The place was clean, smells good was in the center of everything, making it accessible to restaurants and famous tourist spots. Rating HANOK DREAM a 10/10. This is a must stay accomodation! Thank you for our very pleasant day.

The property is well located. The room was small but big enough for me. A lovely garden area. The host was extremely helpful. He provided a map and personally talked about the location of various sites. He and his wife were very welcoming. He arranged an early taxi for me and made sure that I was picked up on time to make my train.

- The host was super helpful and had a lot of good advice for food and attractions - The hanok was basic (as it should be!) but comfortable. Floor heating is amazing.

The host was really nice. He let us check-in early, as the room was available, recommended many food places as well as attractions around the city as well as ordered us a taxi for when we were leaving. The localisation was perfect, it was right in the middle of the old village. It was very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend it for people who want to experience the old, traditional style of accommodation.

Host was friendly and we felt welcomed. Room is decent and clean. First time and had a good experience staying at a Hanok!

The property was very close to the Hanok village so finding food and things to do was not a problem at all. It was easy to find the property too on Naver Maps and there was even a little area in front where we could park our hire car. The owners are really lovely and friendly, they both took the time to explain where all the restaurants and places to go in the Hanok village and even wrote down how long it would take to get to each place. They also took some photos for us at the property and even made sure to check in with our plans. The Hanok itself is very beautiful and the floors were heated. The bathroom facilities were really good.

The owner was fantastic! He welcomed us right at check-in and helped us out for our whole stay. He went over the Jeonju map with us, showing us exactly how far all the popular places were. It was our first time staying in a Hanok, which took a little getting used to, but it ended up being a really memorable family experience. We stayed for two nights and had such a great time. Plus, the place was kept wonderfully warm, even in the depths of winter! He even called taxis for us when it was time to check out.

Beautiful traditional hanok in a great location with an exceptionally helpful host, who provides top recommendations, booked our taxi and provided hot tea while we awaited pickup. The building is located in a quiet street, but just a few minutes walk from the main streets filled with cafes and restaurants, and the shrine.

“Great Accommodation and Even Greater Owners”

great location inside the jeonju hanok village. the facilities had everything i needed, from hot shower, towels, toiletries, drinking water, heated floors, hair dryer, etc. the best thing about this place are the owners!! truly amazing people and welcomed us warmly. i really like how the owner took out a map and kindly talked us through the places, included how far they were and the recommendations. from the moment we arrived until we left, the owners took care of us so well. i definitely want to come back again. 좋은 시간이 정말 감사합니다!! 또 만나요~

I had a wonderful stay at this traditional hanok! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, offering a truly authentic experience. The host was absolutely lovely, he was very friendly, helpful and courteous throughout my stay. The location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any visitor!

- How welcoming and helpful the hosts were: they even helped us with the choice of restaurants by identifying traditional and must-see places in Jeonju where we could get discounts, booked cheap taxis for us, offered to take pictures of us in front of the house and even talked a bit to us in Korean to help us learn the language. They also gave us their personal numbers so that we could call them if we needed anything and offered us free snacks. They were absolutely amazing! - The Hanok house was very well located (right inside the Hanok Village so we could go everywhere by foot). The room's contents were simple but we weren't missing anything for the single night we spent there. We are so happy to have been able to live this full traditional Korean experience for such a cheap price and with such good encounters! 정말 감사합니다 !!
