“Traditional and great location”

“Humble sleep at prime location”
Great location. In the middle of the Hanok village yet in a side road, so the noise of the tourists was not crazy. Overall, the place was clean but very basic

Staff was so very kind! First day we arrived after 23h. Asked if everything was ok, then he guided us to place where we still could eat. Had cute, lovely breakfast every morning, room was very clean and warm. He even arranged pick up taxi and later check out so we could departe in peace. Had best stay and Jeonju will be unforgettable forever. Thank you for everything, really appreciated 👏

The house is right in the middle of the Hanok village. Perfect location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The touristy area is just a few meters away. It is a great quiet area at night. The lady was very lovely and very helpful. The room and bathroom are superclean. You will get breakfast in the room. Great value for money.

“Spartan accommodation but beautiful old house.”
Korean experience in the old Hanok village, can be nice but be aware that the futon beds are really hard if you're not used to it. The simple breakfast is good and even offers fruit, which is very rare in Korea. Good wifi and the house is located in the centre of the Hanok village.

“10/10 :)”
We stayed at Beautiful House in April and our experience was a 10/10. I would recommend booking this Hanok stay if you come to Jeonju. The location is right in the center of the old town. All sights are in close walking distance. The room was clean and spacious - enough for 2 oversea luggages to fit in. The sleeping mat was surprisingly comfortable. Having a homemade breakfast (8 a.m) in the garden was a lovely experience. We even got fresh cut fruit, a luxury in South Korea 🥰🍓🍎 Make sure to bring some slippers as the bathroom is Korean style. The Housekeeper was outstandingly friendly. We could store our luggages upon arrival and before we left the city. The lady even helped us book a taxi to the train station and made sure we got onto the right cab. Thank you so much!!! For anyone coming to Jeonju with a luggage I can only recommend to take a cab (8.000-10.000 ₩) from the bus and the train station. The local busses do not fit bulky bags and you want to avoid walking all the way to the old town. To conclude: Jeonju and the Beautiful House Hanok Stay is a must not miss experience! :)
