Toilet very smelly.. Toilet water very slow level 2 ( suite ) Reception problem dont now how to handle deposit room. I give money rm100 for 2 room before i going to room. but another room must waiting do cleaning, waiting untill 5.30pm. Then nvr pass me the recept deposit. Then become problem after i check out

I booked the room specifically for my parent. Expected to be able to enjoy the beach hence booked the sea view room. Unfortunately need to use stairs to get to the beach so my dad was not able to enjoy much since he use the wheel chair. The room was far so my ederly mom had to walk quite a distance to get to the room. Eventually my parent swap room with my sister so all good i guess. But it is not what they expected it to be. The hotel facilities is more sutaitable for the young one.
