“Ok stay marred by foul smelling unit and unresponsive agent/owner.”
Location was ok, key collection is fast, though need to register with the security. Designated parking spot. The place can accommodate family of 3. There is microwave and the water heater worked well (perhaps competing the heat with the aircond, will come to this in the next section).

They will charge u rm70 for cleaning fee, also said that this unit have balcony but didn't.. Soap also not available.. this is terrible unit

The building was generally nice with easy check in (post box). The apartment was well equipped and had all the basic necessitates. The building also had a large pool that looked nice but we did not use it.
