“Terrible lift!!”
Terrible lift management! Waited more than 30 minutes just to get up, and another long wait to come down. Spent almost an hour dealing with the lifts alone. Definitely not coming again.

The cleanliness is terrible, cockroach sticking on the wall, bedsheet is stain, tv remote control not working we had to swap the batteries from tv box remote, aircond is not cold in one of the rooms, no dressing table.
