“big house at cheap rate”
1. house location. 2. house is very clean and has good smell. 3. parking is easy although it is on first come first serve basis. 4. rate is good and it can accommodate for big family. 5. the toilet is very clean complete with hot water and pressure is good as well. 6. living room has air conditioned. 7. no security deposit required.

“A pleasant staycation at Jelutong”
The location of the property is at Jelutong so it's easy access to nearby attractions in Penang. The owner is friendly and fast respond. There is a dedicated parking lot for quest on this property. The house is clean in tidy. The bed is comfortable. The unit come with drinking water dispenser, fridge, iron, aircond and water heater.
