“Urban suites stay in Penang”
It was a new apartment, so most of the tools, utensils and things given is new. Aircon, electricity and every other service has no problem. Location is good because it's near to the town, but considering walking distance to buy daily food or tools, not too convenient. Driving is a must here, or calling grab.

The places are absolutely fantastic and the views are so wonderful. It's so cozy and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and great at dealing with my situation. The gym and pools are very clean and well maintained as well. Worth repeating it again.

The homestay was spotless and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient, close to eateries and tourist spots. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.

“I’m happy with the unit except for the iron and iron board. I’m frustrated with the lift service.”
The unit: Good. The air conditioner in the living hall was leaking. The owner sent a staff member but could not resolve the issue. The furniture is a bit fragile, and some are already broken. For long-term use, the owner should select sturdy furniture. The iron and iron board are not good quality. The DIY Iron is not able to iron clothes very well, and the iron board is too low. The owner needs to upgrade these facilities. The condominium: Worst experience using lift. A few times, we had to come down the stairs. It is not suitable for older people or children. Management needs to resolve this issue if the owner wants to return customers, and management needs to improve the lift service. I think this will be my first and last stay in this condominium unless reviews say otherwise regarding the lift services. Recommendation: The lift should be divided into zones: Lifts 1 and 2 for units on floors 12-22 and parking floors and lifts 3&4 for units on floors 23 to 42 and parking floors. Parking: Good and wide. Facilities: Swimming pool need further maintenance.
