Practical things went in a very smooth way. Even though public premises in the building were in horrible condition, the apartment itself was renovated and in very good condition. The view from aparment was very beautiful.

We had a fantastic rest! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, a great view from the 12th floor. The room was cozy, and the kitchen was lovely. I highly recommend planning your stay here; all the sights and cafes are nearby

Clean and comfortable apartment with a very nice view. Close to the river and city center. The building itself remembers better times so don't be surprised. Nevertheless we felt safe the whole time.
