“Value and comfortable stay”
The location is superb. It is just a few step away from Shilla Duty Free Store and shopping district. There are lots of high rating restaurants nearby. Bus stations are around the corner. The room is well furnished and spacious. It is very clean and comfortable. It is a value stay at that location.

“Highly recommended apt and great value”
Excellent location near Shilla duty free, great for tour pick up and near to airport. Apartment was very well laid out, clever use of space. Quiet and clean, we slept well. Convenience store downstairs and lots of eateries around.

“Good stay and location”
We booked premier and twin room. Space is good fr both rooms. Wash machines work well but we would appreciate if have english instructions somewhere. Havecdryinvrack and clothing dry fast after 1 day. Lots of eatery and shops around the place, even a pharmacy and 7-11 downstairs too. Bath towels given suffice our needs. Have a full fridge and stove to cook too. Seems to be for long term stay but good enough for 4 days for us.

“Good choice for a 5 days long stay”
The position is very good. Everything is within walking distance: a lot of shopping, bus stations, food open 24h, one convenient store 7/11 and self wash service 24h right below the building. Note that the room also equips with the washing machine, but we can always use the drying service below to make it super fast for laundry. The room looks brand new and smells so good. We choose the W apartment and super happy with the view from front and side windows. We can have direct view from above to the sea and airport, we can enjoy the sunset everyday, which is very nice. Kitchen amenities are enough for simple dishes. The trash can be requested to be picked up the next day. Very convenient. The staff are very helpful to sovle our questions, they even came to the room quickly to check one lamp that we thought it was broken (which was not, just our mistake to think it was). Easy, simple and fast check-in and -out. In general, we definitely will stay here again next time to visit SinJeju.

“This is a good place to stay if you want a full amenities like living in an apartment.”
The location is perfect. A few steps from Shilla Duty Free. There is also a 7-11 connected to the building, there are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby. The facility of the room is great too.

“Spacious”
Everything was within walking distance, shops, restaurants. The room was very spacious, lots of storage, a small kitchenette and a washer. There is a laundromat down stairs and a convenient store. The TV was a Smart TV so you can access your personal streaming services.

“Disappointment and poor management”
I was so disappointed on the poor instruction of the hotel and there is no name of signage of Urbanstay Hotel so you will struggle to find where is the hotel. Even the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel because its not hotel its apartment. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay due to poor management and its not worthy it. One of the worst hotel I've ever stay and please dont book this Urbanstay Hotel in Jeju to avoid hassle.
