We had a nice experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind to us during our stay. Even though they didn’t speak English, they always did their best to help us. One day we asked about how to get to Dochidol Ranch, and since we couldn’t fully understand each other, they kindly called someone who spoke English and helped us communicate through a real-time phone conversation. The staff patiently stayed with us until everything was clear. We really appreciated the time and effort they took to help us!!

“Amazing staff!”
The hotel is fine, tje two stars are there for a reason and all in all very large room with comfy beds. However, the thing i really liked was the staff. Looks like a couple running the hotel with their son and they are absolutely doing anything to make the customer happy. We used a rental car and came to the hotel and the parking places where occupied. The owner went out asked us for the key and made sure the car was parked. In the morning he moved the car from the nearby parking lot back to the hotel for us to use. Really great service. Also, we used the booking.com app to send the couple a message we where arriving late, they told us not to worry. Late in the night we arrived and the couple where waiting for us to make sure we we getfing settled. The also arranged taxi for us to use and woke up very early to check us out. Service was top notch!
