“Unfriendly and Rude management”
The infrastructure as a hotel is good. Location is superb. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed linen and toiletries are fine.

Excellent location. Sunset view was great. Lovely vibe in evenings and near Dongmun market, Black pork street and Chilsung street. Staff were helpful and respectful.

Great location with nearby waterfront activities, restaurants and Dongmun market. Generally clean except 1 day when I was given a foul smelling towel. Not sure what went wrong.

“Convenient and comfortable hotel in the center of Jeju city”
- Practical hotel in the center, with partial view onto the sea (for the city view room) - Discount vouchers provided to use at the Illy café in the hotel lobby. - The staff allowed us to store our bicycle cases with them for a week while touring the island- much appreciated.

“Excellent room”
The hotel was nice to give a location map with various attractions pointed out which was great to bring out without using NAVER or maps. Location was good with food around, plus a supermarket just behind. Parking was easily accessible in the hotel.
