“Perfect location for exploring Jeju”
Second time visiting, love the location (extremely convenient). Staff is super nice too and always willing to help. Good breakfast options as well and lovely rooftop. We also very much appreciated the LG styler - great for refreshing and drying damp clothes.

“Great location with a very welcoming staff!”
The hotel is located in a very convenient area with a lot of food and late-night shopping/entertainment options. It also has great bus networks that can take you everywhere, plus a lot of Uber cabs are available nearby! A very nice addition and mention would be the very helpful receptionist, He Len. She was so kind and friendly and made the overall experience way better than a standard hotel!

Location is good, near airport, convenient store, plenty of shops and Lotte is nearby. For drivers valet is available. Public transport is also available. Room is equipped with steam closet. Staff Helen was very hospitable.

“Great stay”
Great location. Easy access to/from the airport and the meeting point for Klook tours was nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to the lovely receptionist who explained to us how to use the laundromat across the street and went above and beyond to make us and other guests feel welcome.

The hotel ignored my request for an invoice, so I had to pay for the stay out of my own pocket instead of using company funds. This information should have been clearly provided before booking, not after the reservation was made.
