There often wasn’t anyone at the reception desk, the pool was not included in the price and the water was way too cold to swim in, the balcony was full of pigeons so it was not clean.

“Relaxing stay”

The property is very close to the airport around 10 mins via taxi. Bus stops and restaurants nearby. You can enjoy the walk on the promenade as it is just opposite the Jeju sea. The room is very spacious and the staff are really helpful. It is definitely worth the money.

Jeju ocean ville and grim resort are runner by same company . We had a long saga with them but to cut a story short, it was double booking on same day n they demanded we pay for both rooms under same name n same date , n refuse to accept a compromise of taking the higher charge n not penalizing us twice . They were not fully booked , if they were , we would have understand that there is a loss of revenue . Both places are deserted n if you need someone to help you , you will be stuck . We happen to catch the one person that runs both places n begged her to book taxi next morning at 5.45 am to go airport which she thankfully say she will after some negotiation . We had some anxiety in the morning of departure because she was not there in the morning, n we weren’t sure if taxi will show up . Unless you need zero assistance n happy to stay at a place with nobody at the motel for 90% of the time, by all means do so (it’s not a resort , it’s a zero service absolute nothing motel )

near the seaside, loads of restaurant and the property was just next to a convenience shop which made last minute supper easy! the property is 2 mins from lotte rent a car autohouse and it was good because I rented a EV car and charging at the autohouse was free. the floors were heated and the showers were hot! we didn’t eat breakfast because they only provided cereals but they provided a whole range of juice and milk free of charge! definitely worth the price and comfort! there were also more than ample parking lots

“Failed to meet our expectations....”

1. The sea view option totally disappointed me. There were some barriers in front of the balcony! 2. The room was very small! 3. There wasn't any closet in the room! 4. The swimming pool was open from 11:30 to 18:30, while we needed to use the days of our stay for sightseeing! So I needed to skip.. 5. There wasn't any room for changing beside the pool or a place to take a shower! I needed to change in a toilet without taking a shower after swimming! 5. some tea bags or instant coffee are usually left in the room. But there weren't these things there. 7. The place for sitting, benches and tables shown in the photo, have been changed to a parking lot.... Overall I was disappointed. It wasn't bothering, but it completey failed to meet our expectations. I won't try it again.

The location is great! I walked around and managed to visit a lot of beautiful areas. There's a couple of Seaview cafés nearby that are pretty cool! The room is really big and has a sink, microwave and boiler. Great, if you want to have some food or breakfast in the room.

A good clean hotel, if you rented a car, buses rarely go to the hotel location.

Absolutely superb hotel we ever stayed in jeju Highly recommendable Friendly and hospital staff though only 1 person could speak English kyoung seok thanks much to him. With unlimited coffee juice and milk as well as different breakfast cereals Highly recommended I over the location facing the beach shore it makes a difference

A good location, close to the airport and the coastline. The room was clean and well equipped for extended stays with some cooking equipment and utensils. There was a convenience store nearby that had a good selection and the coast was a minute away by foot.
