Nice large and clean room. In our room there was a lounger chair that was super comfortable easily fell asleep on it. The Western 88 restaurant has delicious food and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Always ensured to ask about allergies and dietary requirements. Had two pools both outdoor and indoor, we enjoyed using both. They had a kids arcade room which had claw games and retro arcade games like paceman which where fun way to spend some time when the weather was a bit dull.

“Spectacular stay”

It was not so much a stay at a hotel, but a real experience! Staff members were exceptionally helpful from the first moment there - from directing the traffic and helping with luggage to check-in which was superbly handled by Heidi (we really felt welcome and appreciated). The hotel itself is very impressive - the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds are comfy and the view of Jeju from higher floors is breathtaking. Breakfasts in the Grand Kitchen are beyond description - the selection and quality of food was amazing (including a wide variety of local dishes). Swimming pools, the shopping centre with a food court, fintess centre were all world-class and impressive in all respects. It was a truly spectacular stay and thanks to all that made it like that :-)

Great hotel with good sized bed and comfortable rooms - great bathrooms - staff were super helpful and breakfast was great! Airport shuttle very useful.

Room is amazingly huge and comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the sea. Service of the reception is also top notch.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Jeju. A special thank you to Heidi Lee for her kindness, support, and exceptional help throughout our visit – it truly made a difference. We were also delighted with the upgrade to a beautiful suite with breathtaking views – something we’ll remember for a long time. The hotel’s architecture itself is truly impressive and distinctive, which added to the overall experience. We also really appreciated the complimentary airport transfer, which was a great convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Everything felt thoughtful, elegant, and perfectly taken care of. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Jeju.

“Exceptional hospitality”

The room was stunning, the view was beautiful. There was no camera tricks needed. The rooms really are that huge. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every day. The heated indoor and outdoor pool and spa was a treat every night to relax our muscles after all day adventures in Jeju island. The hotel had everything you could need. I had a foot massage at the spa and the treatment was impeccable. We will book again.

Great location close to the airport and convenient if you want to plan tours. also in the center of the center which is full os shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is huge, with a shopping center, multiple restaurants and a spa. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is very nice with many options. The Skybar offers a majestic view, as it is on the top floor of the highest building of the island. Jeju has so many amazing things to do that you won't spend much time in the hotel but, as least, it is a very good hotel to be at while relaxing.

Could not use bath. Faucet not over barh. Water goes to floor. There was also blood on bathroom floor when we arrived.

Love everything about this hotel. Amazing location, lots of restos nearby, supermarket is just on the side f the hotel. There are 711, restos, shoppes inside the hotel. Room is SO spacious and well equipped, it is worth all my money. Facilities are also great.

The hotel room is beyond expectation. Luxurious and spacious with automated binds and sheer and an awesome view. Comes with ample amenities. Breakfast wildly exceeded expectation with the myriad of choices. Location is accessible and comes with shuttle to both airport and other streets. Besides, there are lots of facilities within to keep you busy with (i.e. casino, shopping, gym etc). And if you are too tired to leave the room for the day, room service is a call away with an affordable pricing. Parking at Grand Hyatt is easy too. Terrific experience. Good value for money.
