Very comfortable and great location for getting around Jeju, fantastic restaurants and cafes all within walking distance, the pool area was beautiful and loved the walking/jogging path within easy access from the property.

Despite availability, the hotel denied advancing my reservation one day earlier. While this is not mandatory, when rooms are available (checked before asking on booking) courtesy would be to try to arrange the modification, at least in standard hotels.

“very, very happy with the stay - great value for money”
For once in my travels (or one might say travails) in South Korea, the front desk staff were actually helpful and committed to customer service. Our booking turned out to be a bit more complex than expected (we had to extend by a night) but with the staff's commitment to the cause and Google?Apple Translate, we managed to get it all done and the travelling party was happy as clams. My room was a fancy one and was great - the kind of room one walks into and thinks "yessss" and prompts a little mental fist bump. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fancy and the sea (well, bay) view was sweet. Never made it to the rooftop pub (cute!!) but the facilities were good (including the free nosebag (that's for my boys from Stewart's Melville 1st XV 2000 - 2002!!) in the Business Lounge.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. Very accommodating, TV wasn’t working so we had the TV replaced in under 30 mins. The rooftop pool and restaurant looked great but we didn’t get to use due to our schedule.
