The check in process was quick and easy, plenty of parking on the property. Room was clean, good size for three people. Convenience store on the premises always a plus.

“Gloucester Hotel was perfect for our stay in Jeju, and I would definitely stay here again.”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Jeju. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom and toilet were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and our room was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. I also loved that there is a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which made it very convenient to grab snacks, drinks, and other essentials. Has a free underground parking too.

“Good location, spacious but lacking in many areas”
The room was spacious and clean. The lovely female reception who checked us out and called a taxi for us was a delight.

“A great stay in a very comfortable hotel.”
We absolutly loved this hotel. Our room was spacious enough and most importantly was very clean. I would like to thank the cleaning ladies for doing a fantastic job with our room. There were nice restaurants and coffee places around the hotel. The staff at the reception was very professional and helpful.

I really liked how modern the suite it. The bathroom has the Japanese bidet. The location was also really close to several souvenir shops like Hello Jeju and some famous restaurants. The location is really accessible to everywhere.

“A 3 star pretending to be a 4 star”
The hotel had a shower and bath combination. Close to the airport and had a 7 eleven inside. Room was cleaned regularly, had a TV and air-conditioning.
