The size of the rooms were accommodating. The common areas (lobby, breakfast area, bar area) were all nice and well kept. And breakfast was ok (except the eggs).

I did not have the breakfast. I don't think it was available when I left. Location is great though, rooms are comfortable. I like the availability of the extra pillows. The USB ports on the lamp next to the bed was very nice and convenient. The staff are always nice when I come in, even though it's late.

Con- our room wasn't ready in time, we waited an extra hour. Pro- front desk staff was super awesome and gave us complimentary buffet tickets for waiting

Where do we begin... 1) our bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it 2) no bedding on the pull out couch, the lady said "you should already have one in the room" 3) a dead lady bug on the pull out mattress when we pulled it out 4) our bathroom sink was cracked 5) tub had hair in it 6) my 1 & 2 year old & 5 year old and their dad got stuck between floors in the elevator, the hotel was very apologetic and then offer us free dinner and open bar for the evening and a refund on the room. Sounds nice right, Once I began recording on the phone they being apologetic and grew silent. And then cut the open bar off at 3 drinks for myself and 2 beers for the husband. And I only received a 40 refund on my 60$ room, and they didn't refund my deposits of 70$ although the rooms were left very clean and in order.amd they reassured us that all.deposits would be back om the cards within 3 to 5 days. 7) staff very short and left you feeling judged or "not to their standard" except for the time frame of trying to buy out acceptance of their elevators malfunctioning with my babies and their father in it. 8) the indoor pool was ice cold, when I say ice cold I'm saying it was too cold for the children to get in and play, as if it were an outdoor pool in the cold temps All around stay, after 3 nights with this hotel I would never recommend the hotel nor do I plan on returning without something being made right.

Heater did not work woke at 2 am and 8 am freezing 65 degrees
