“Sun Park Jeddah...is really a home away from home”
The location is super good and the staff understand that we had a language barrier and were extremely helpful when our laugages was left behind by the airline we came with.they facilitated all communications until it was brought to us .thanks alot Maha and Khalid.

The hotel staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. They gave us an early check-in before 12pm and accommodated a late check-out at 4.30pm at the end of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms had all toiletries provided. They provided bottles of water every day and tea and coffee is also provided. The cleaner was very helpful and was happy to assist in showing us how to use the washing machine. He also provided us with a clothes rack to dry our clothes. I am happy with the service and hospitality of all staff members who made the extra effort to make our stay comfortable.

The room is not clean, also we requested many times to clean but, still not clean and smell smokey in bedroom, and floor cleanliness was very bad and oily. Breakfast was very good

We stayed for a couple of hours, before our flight. The location was good, lot's of restaurants to choose from. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

“The best hotel I ve ever stayed so far”
The cleanliness and the service we recieved was top notch, the bed was very comfy and the bedsheets was snow white and well ironed. Breakfast was very very good, with the option of breakfast been deliverded in your room. We had a family next door who were very loud late in the night and at dawn, we logded a complaint to the reception and to our surprise we were given another room on a different floor. Our flight was late in the night and upon request were we permited to check out late in the evening. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Mr. Turki for your effort and willingness to help which made our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

“Very pleasant”
Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and helpful, everybody at the hotel was so pleasant. We really liked our stay here. Rooms were clean, complementary water, breakfast in the room - everything was on the spot. There's a covered terrace outside which is great for hanging out. Would return and recommend staying here!
