It was perfectly clean there: kitchen, bathroom, towels, everything. The staff are very kind and caring. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to come back there again.

Very poor service, the water heater was not working, I booked it for 2 days and no one came to fix it. No Kitchenet. the electricity sockets most of them are now working.

“Perfect hotel, location and nice staff”
Nice and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff and good location. Rooms were spacious. Staff proactively asked us our opinion of the hotel and how they could improve anything we thought could be improved. We enjoyed our time and they always helped us when we asked, such as with taxi rides to Mecca or places of interest in Jeddah. I will highly recommend this hotel especially for families
