The hotel has a good location, and the staff were cooperative, courteous, and willing to assist whenever needed. The breakfast quality was generally good; however, the variety was limited and remained almost the same every day. It would add significant value if the breakfast menu included more rotation, with improved main-course options and a stronger selection of both hot and cold beverages. I would also suggest further service training for the staff, particularly around table service, guest engagement, and the way requests are handled during dining. Overall, the experience was positive, but with some refinements in food variety and service standards, it can be elevated further.
