I stayed 3 nights,request to clean my room and put shower gel and water 4 times within 2days finally after 2 days the housekeeping came they said no requset from me inspite I called reception 4 times in two days they answer my phone and no followup even like other hotel and obviously they dont care ..usaully I am not type of complainer customer but this was bad experiance and last there.

“4 stars features in a grear location in Jeddah.”
Hotel feels like 4 stars not 3 stars. They have smart TV. Very good wifi connection and mobile signal is good. Air conditioning is perfect and controllable inside the room. Hotel atmosphere is very quiet. Staff are welcoming and have knowledge about the city. Hotel is close to shopping centres and everything I need is within short walk distance or a few minutes by car.

Quiet place. Spacious living area. They provide toothbrush, shampoo, shower jell, cotton buds, sewing kit. They also provide coffee, English tea, a kettle and paper cups. There is also a mini fridge. Shower water is strong and bathroom has a hairdryer. Female staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is close, that is within 15 to 20 minutes, of all the major attractions and land marks. The area is safe and reception staff hospitable. The do take 200riyals as security deposit when you check in but easily returned on check out. Room and toilet is of good size.

“Horrible. Never again”
Nothing. We survived a night and moved to the hotel next door the next day. There was a mould infestation everywhere in the hotel. It was hard to breathe!
