The room wasn’t clean. The bedding had hair on it and few stains. The room had awful smell as well as the corridor. Will not stay again in this hotel.

room clean and spacious, noise proof, staff exceptional, swimming pool and play area excellent. Room service staff very professional. The room we booked was changed because they gave us big room because we had two kids with us. No extra charges for this favour. Markets and food street all near to hotel. Overall it was great fun and enjoy.

helpful reception and staffs. free parking available. near malls and many shops and not far from Jeddah airport. room is big and very comfortable. bathroom is beautiful for its price.

It exceeded my expectations with the small details such as the dental set, comb, loofa, coffee and coffee creamer...these are things that even 5 star hotels don't offer. The bed especially was extremely comfortable, from the bedding to the heavenly pillows. I was so impressed. The room is extremely clean too, which is a plus.
