“Great choice”

Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful terrace with a view of the garden. The room was very clean. The host is super friendly. He gave us good tips for exploring the region. We visited places we wouldn't have found without his help. Recommended.

Chamjoeun Pension is absolutely amazing. Placed on the hill it has an amazing view on the valley. Rooms are more of a traditional Korean setting, but even though there are no regular "beds", the mattress is still very comfortable to sleep on. Hosts are very hospitable and helpful, I was there alone and they took great care of me :)) 고맙습니다!

We had a wonderful stay. Owners were very warm, welcoming, hospitable and helpful. They were there to greet us when we arrived and to see us off upon departure. When we requested a bbq and fire pit for the evening, they were more than happy to set up both for us (they provided the coal, we provided the wood for the fire, though this may also be something that they offer for sale). Pension and grounds were in excellent condition. Nice, covered outdoor seating area outside each room. Clean, attractive, cozy, spacious and comfortable with beautiful garden and surrounding views. Everything that we needed for cooking, food storage, coffee, tea, washing up, etc. was provided with the kitchen inside the room. Also a great location if interested in hiking Woraksan, and not too far a drive from many of the attractions on the lake. Conveniently located within walking distance of a town and though we didn't have time to explore it, there are some well-stocked shops/marts there if you need to stock up on any supplies.

The Garden was so beautiful, the accommodation is on the edge of Woraksan National Park and the hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful in any belongings.

One of the most enjoyable, warm welcomeing places we have ever stayed in Korea. The room is comfortable, very well equipt even for long stays and facing a beautiful garden. The owners are always ready to help, give you some good advice and recommend great sights around.

The property was quiet and beautiful, located up a small hill that allows you to take in the picturesque valley. Stocked with all you need to cook for yourself. The hosts were friendly and generous of heart (as well as generous of cooking/cleaning supplies and whatever you needed to make your stay comfortable).
