It is quiet and pleasant in the new residential aria in Luxor. Big apartment with big rooms and bathroom. The governor of Luxor is literally living next door and basically you have 24 hours live police guards.

Loved the property and it's location. Had amazing time here.

The location is just a 5-10 minute drive from the city center. Good apartment at a quiet place with an excellent view of the river Nile. The owner was very responsive and kept in touch until we reached.

The owners were very responsive and communicated well. This was exactly what we needed to freshen up after our full day of tours and before heading to the airport. We did not stay the night due to our flight, but the place overall was exactly what we needed.

Nice block in front of the river. People who received us was very nice. The apartment was clean and spacious. Very safe place, Luxor Governor’s Rest House is next to it, so it’s an area always survailled by the police. KFC and main stores are 10min walking.

If you think that the Nile view can't get any better than from the huge windows in the bright living room, then wait until you see it from the roof top! The location is great, so quiet (no cruise ships, or traffic noise). Beds are comfy and the shower better than in any luxury Hotel. The neighborhood is all lovely local families, and kids are playing outside. There's two surprisingly well stocked mini markets just around the corner.
