Lovely large bedrooms, with a balcony to sit out and watch the sun go down. Very friendly and helpful family running the homestay, delicious and very plentiful food, home cooked and they did everything to make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and return if back in Jawai Bandh. Helped us organise leopard safaris and did everything to make our stay really enjoyable.

This was an exceptional Homestay. We feel very lucky to have been here. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home at all times. The communication via What’s App was quick and helped organise Safari’s with collection from the property. The accommodation was modern and clean with plenty of hot water. A special mention has to go for the amazing food! Different meals at every meal and as much as you could want. We have travelled around India for around two weeks and this is the best food we’ve been lucky to have.

It was a pleasant stay with the family. Keldeep Singh ji and his wife along with the staff (3 young boys) really made our stay very comfortable. We were served fresh delicious home made food. Safari Guy,Narayan was very professional and friendly and We managed to see the leopard family (male, female with two cubs), crocodile in their natural habitat, something I wasn't expecting but then We got lucky.

Staying at this homestay truly felt no different than staying with family. The atmosphere was very homely, simple, and comforting, and the hosts were incredibly sweet and welcoming. The facilities were very good - hot water was always available, and the food was absolutely top-notch. Nothing was spared when it came to our convenience and comfort; every little detail was taken care of with so much care. The real highlight of our stay was the humble, kind, and down-to-earth hosts and their staff, who made us feel so at home. And of course, a special mention to their very active and sweetheart dog, Jack - he truly adds so much warmth and joy to the place. We will always definitely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting this area, and we would love to stay here again if we ever come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, heartfelt experience rather than just a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here with loads of space for our family to relax on the sunny balcony after chilly early morning leopard safaris. We returned each morning to an incredible home cooked breakfast and delicious dinners that introduced us to some of the best Indian food we have had on our trip. The family and their staff are so warm and caring. We had a truly lovely time and highly recommend.

As a homestay this place is fantastic. The owner and his wife do everything to make you welcome. Food is great and very fresh home cooked. Even had a leopard in the field rear of the property in the evening.

Above all we appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They were both very attentive to our needs, one of which was quite extreme as we left 2 bags behind and didn’t realise until we got to our next destination. Thankfully Kandeep and his wife Usha drove to our new destination with the forgotten bags - amazing! Everything was really well organised and you get picked up for leopard safaris from the doorstep. We saw leopards on both safaris - for overseas visitors the safaris are quieter on weekdays and are reasonably priced (R4500 per jeep). We also had a local tour including an absolutely incredible Jain temple which seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. It’s possible to pay with Wise.

“Welcoming homestay perfect for leopard safari”

Perfectly located for leopard safari with the the friendliest hosts. I felt a part of the family. Their daughter was there during my visit who spoke perfect english and took me for a walk around the local area. The house looks out onto fields and is in a quiet rural area. The room was modern and immaculately clean and the balcony was a nice place to sit and read a book as the sun set. I was at the property for less than 24hours but in that time felt welcomed into the family, ate two delicious, local, filling meals, went on a morning leopard safari where I saw a leopard and the evening prior the family invited me to join them at two local wedding celebrations, which was a real privilege to see some local life and experience a traditional indian wedding party. They even offered to lend me clothes for the occasion. They organised my leopard safari very last minute, which also included a high tea which other safari groups didnt have and they also organised me my onward taxi to jaipur. Fabulous hosts and a memorable experience in Jawai. Would recommend.

Peace, tranquility in the heart of pure unhindered vistas of nature. Truly a slice of the clean rustic life with modern-day comfort. And lastly the love and eomfort that the owners-Kuldeep uncle & Usha aunty shower is overwhelming and the food is beyond delicious, each meal is a culinary delight.

We highly recommend this home stay! Very friendly family ( they take care of our daughter who was ill) clean and large rooms, delicious homemade diner and breakfast. Book your Safari with them, very well organised!
