“Perfect apartment in an excellent position”

Everything! Great apartment in an excellent position close to shops, bars and restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach with its lovely promenade. Free parking on site with easy access to the apartment from the car park. Very well appointed with all you need for your stay and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Loved the little balcony - and the all-important WiFi was perfect The host, James is exceptionally helpful and friendly and always available to answer any queries very promptly. He couldn't do enough to help us in our particular situation and I'm extremely grateful to him for 'going the extra mile ' for us. Thank you James. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends

“Great little apartment”

Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Lots of nice touches (a few coffee pods to start you off, washing detergent, bottle of water...). A bit of a walk to the main town but lots also going on nearby. Great parking. Don't be fooled by exterior - this us a gem. Great communication from owner.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay! ☺️ The bed was really comfy and that fan above the bed was absolutely amazing. It really helped us sleep through the night. 🛌🥱 The kitchen had everything you needed to have a longer stay, good cooking equipment and utensils 🥄 The hosts were really friendly, his wife showed us up to the apartment and explained everything to us really well, and answered any questions we had. 🥰

Host very helpful. Loved the location- second line to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need . The balcony was an added bonus with the sun until 6pm heaven. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was just perfect- we will be returning!

It was a little gem. Right on the Arsenal, great location. The property was modern, comfortable and had a lovely little sunny balcony. James was really helpful.

James was really kind and picked us up from the local bus station as we'd travelled from Benidorm. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a zen relaxing atmosphere. Bed was so comfy and a bonus of some complimentary beach towels to us whilst there. Spitting distance from Arenal beach and lots of bars and restaurants. A real treasure! Thank you

“Lovely apartment and shuttle transfer a real bonus”

The apartment was perfect for us in an excellent location. Having the shuttle transfer from the airport was very reasonably priced and took away all of the stress of finding car hire at the airport. We hired a car locally in Javea, so we saved a day of car hire cost, which helped to offset the cost. Excellent service and well worth it.

James was attentive in every way; communication great from the start and throughout, the fine details and items in the flat appreciated. Lovely modern design and clean. Smelt lovely and fresh and was an ideal location near to restaurant’s, beach, shops etc had a wonderful stay. The balcony gets sun all day too - bonus! We would 100% return James and his partner are so friendly and really welcoming - went above and beyond for us

James was a wonderful host. The apartment so beautiful and newly renovated and just so comfortable with a beautiful view from the terrace. Everything was super clean and we had all we needed to eat inside if we wanted. LOVED the bathroom! Felt like a spa. Literally 2-3 minutes walking distance from the beach or from any wonderful restaurant or small store. The area is beautiful!!! We explored Playa Granadella, Xavia center, Playa Portitxol etc. Would highly recommend.
