Excellent spacious apartment with everything you need. Quiet location just a few minutes walk to playa del arenal. The apartment itself was well equipped and modern. It was the perfect size for a family. Would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect apartment and location for a family beach holiday”
Excellent location, 2 blocks from Arenal beach and opposite Siesta Advisors with whom we had a great half day kayaking. Blackout blinds, multiple living areas, new kitchen appliances and some bucket and spades which kids enjoyed!

“A great modern apartment with plenty of space for 2 families of 3.”
Overall The property was a good standard and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Area was safe and good for teens to have a bit of freedom. Communication with Tamara at the letting agency was fantastic. Plenty of parking with underground parking and street parking. Lift up to the apartment is from the ground but not the car park but wasn't a problem as access from the street was easy.

Great location, lovely beach and the area was very clean. Great selection of restaurants and bars and quite reasonable. Property was 150m from the beach and also have a lovely pool.
