“Good homestyle stay”
It was a really nice studio and you get a lot for the price. Really appreciated the parking lot. It gives a safe feeling parking the car there.

“This is actually a separate third party, and not your usual booking.com property. Be very careful you have the detailed”
Ended up in a completely different address to the one we booked on booking.com. Apparently you have to re-confirm on the day, but this is not what you would expect for a booking.com option that was already paid for in advance. This communication comes in French through a separate website. Using a third party like this is very confusing, especially if French is not your first language. It is not clear that you need to bring your own bed linen, or else pay the extra charges, plus pay the extra charges for cleaning. Only because of a little bit of luck (we have limited French) this would otherwise have been a disastrous option for our family.

I didn't like arriving and seeing a family was already in the house and then checking WhatsApp (not the booking.com app) to see a message relating to a different address (not an explanation about a double booking error). Quite simply the most ignorant and arrogant host I've come across.

“Local gem”
Contactless check-in, sparkling clean towels and linen not washed out ajd in very good condition. Even an enclosed garden where the children could play! If we ever come to this region again, we will definitely stay here again.
