“Staff were so accommodating, friendly and hotel was great!”
We originally had a room with queen size bed but a third person joined us so request was put in for another room. The hotel was sold out. I was put on a cancellation list and the staff were so gracious to call immediately when a larger (suite) came available. Room was excellent. King size bed with 2 single beds. Very comfortable.

The room was spacious for two and had everything needed. The staff were also very helpful and the facilities available onsitem, such as free laundry (as long as having own washing powder/buy from the desk) were very convenient.

“Great spot in Jasper.”
We really enjoyed our stay at Tonquin Inn. The property was a great spot to base ourselves while exploring Jasper, and the restaurant out the front was a real highlight for us — such a nice atmosphere after a big day out. The rooms were comfortable, the property had a relaxed mountain feel, and overall it was a really enjoyable stay. The only thing worth noting is that it’s a bit of a longer walk into the main part of town than some other accommodation options, but if you’re happy with that, it’s definitely worth considering. Would happily stay here again.

“Great little stay on the edge of town!”
It was surprisingly clean and updated. A bit cramped in our room for our long stay but overall it was worth the value. The most adorable is that they are super pet friendly and my lil blockhead Gus even got his own welcome card and treats! They offer dog bowls and beds too so that was fantastic, and the stay were beyond nice.
