“Comfy room, obliging staff”

The room was a good size, the in-room facilities were great (hot plate, dishwasher, sink, kettle, cutlery etc), the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Modern hotel with modern well laid out furniture. In our room there was a small fully fitted kitchen -unusual to say the least.

Location was great. Walkable to town. Great modern and clean king suite. Free parking. Front staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Booked it because last couple of times was very enjoyable. However this year the price was the highest I've ever payed, and I was not inform of huge renovations going on. The room of my window opened up to scaffolds completely blocking the view, pool and jacuzzi were closed down. Long walk to get to our room because the main doors were closed down as well. In short, I feel completely ripped off.

We arrived at Forest Park Hotel for a family vacation, but unfortunately our stay started very negatively. Upon arrival, we discovered that construction work was taking place in our building. The room had a very strong smell of paint, and the window was completely blocked by scaffolding from the outside, so there was absolutely no natural light coming into the room. Although we did not see any workers outside the window that day (likely because it was a day off), the presence of scaffolding right outside the window still made the stay uncomfortable and affected our sense of privacy. What was especially disappointing is that we were not informed about any of this in advance. This is something that guests should be clearly notified about before arrival, as not everyone wants to spend their vacation in such conditions. Because of this, we were very upset and had to request a refund, as it was simply impossible to relax and enjoy our stay in that room. I strongly believe the hotel administration should be more transparent and respectful towards their guests by informing them about ongoing construction beforehand.

Room was super comfy and recently renovated. Bathroom was large and had a real shower. Decor was modern throughout. Marmot Basin shuttle pick up at front door.

We loved our stay! Check-in was super smooth and easy and our room was lovely. Although it was close to the constructions that were going on it was fine and we didn’t hear too much of it. The facilities and hotel are all completely renovated, modern and stylish, and the interior & exterior of the hotel have bit of a cabin vibe going on which is perfectly fitting to Jasper NP. Lots of parking options as well!
