“It was brief wished we would have had another day”

It was as a result of the renovations it was confusing to know where to go and check in much time was spent driving around which took time off of using the facilities as things were closing at 10:00 and we still needed to enjoy the dining of which we did. We Love Jasper Park Lodge when my husband was alive we always treated our family a night on the way to Kelowna and on the way home from Kelowna.

Due to renovations we were upgraded to a low side cabin. Beautiful sunrise view and very comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast in Orso was delicious with a fantastic view.

Beautiful place with an excellent golf course. Great pool and bar to relax with. view. The Lodges are rustic, ongoing renovation, some are better than others. But perfect layout for that setting.

Wonderful resort directly at lake Beauvert. Huge parklike resort with a great comfort. We liked the flowers everywhere. Huge hotel resort which outskirts were affected by the forest fires of 2024. Some trees at the gulf area were destroyed and the damage is under repair. The normal guest will not feel anything anymore of the desaster and we felt very well ! Friendly staff and we had a wonderful wooden house directly at the lake with a small porch. The house contained two baths , a sleeping room , a living room and a small extra living room with a stove. We felt very well! We will come again!

Great location by the lake, with wildlife crossing and spectacular Mountain View. Good facilities- everything we needed was available.

“Underwhelmed!”

$2k for a pokey cabin room overlooking a parking lot next to the noisy laundry block with an equally pokey connected room that hadn't been decorated since the 70's...but that, apparently, made it a Queen Suite! And hot, no aircon, just some cheap plastic fans. Lovely location, stupidly overpriced. Expected more for my money so very disappointed !!!

Fairmont JPL is situated in a secluded, quiet area just about 2km outside the Jasper main town and it's got a lot to offer in terms of the things to do. I love the old luxury lodge feel and the way things are arranged in the Park - clean and comfortable. You can take leisurely trails and also engage in several types of water sports, or just casual boating. Check was easy just head to main lodge and did not take too long for us so it was efficient. Generally plenty of parking spaces for everyone though on busy holidays like the Canada Day when we were there we had to park farther away when returned late. Service overall is friendly and helpful. Good and comfortable bed. You can check-out quickly directly on TV using remote.
