Very polite and helpful staff - there was no problem with access to the room at night, outside the reception's opening hours. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, all rooms and the surroundings of the facility. Soft and clean bedding, soft but comfortable mattresses. Basic but functional equipment in the room: wardrobe, table, stool, armchair, table with lamp by the bed, mirror All guests have access to: - a restaurant with DELICIOUS home-cooked FOOD on level -1, - a terrace in front of the restaurant with a view of the Krempna Valley (comfortable chairs), - a spacious fully equipped kitchen - a big plus for the selection of teas and coffees available!!! :-) - a large dining room with a view of the valley, - WiFi (sometimes it disappears). A wonderful homely atmosphere is created by the very nice Staff, as well as local cats that lie nearby and sometimes allow themselves to be petted - sometimes there are also tiny, cheerful kittens!

The room looked exactly like on the picture. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully designed. Staff was super accommodating and friendly to our dog. Stunning mountain views around. All for a very affordable price. Highly recommend!
