Very basic hotel. It met our expectations, but nothing special just a room with beds. It was fairly clean if you don’t look too closely. The beds were comfortable with clean bed linens

It's very pleasant hotel for good price. It's located within walking distance from the train station, shops, shopping mall, restaurants, bars and old town. Decent breakfast included in the price.

Not too many options in the area for a 1-night stay of a family with 3 kids in 1 room, so booked this one—an old-school hotel, with a minimalistic late soviet vibe. Amenities and comfort are just minimal enough for just one night. Breakfast OK.

Great receptionists- very welcoming and polite. When told we are leaving in the early morning they said the breakfast will be waiting for us to take away, so we don't need to worry about being hungry on the way to our destination place. Family room/ apartment was a good size, nice bathroom. The location is fantastic - close to the train station and just across the street from the mall.

“Excellent welcome and service, including willing help with printing important documents at reception”
We did not have breakfast, having to leave early. However, the receptionist arranged a meal in a bag for us which was both very good and extremely kind. The room was plain but comfortable and dinner after our arrival was excellent, served by a lovely lady who did not speak much English but had a great sense of humour.
