The room and the bathroom are spacious, we had a balkony. The bedding is good quality, beds are comfy. There is a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Food at the restaurant is very good, for breakfast they offer a very wide assortment of food of restaurant quality.

Very disappointing experience — charged despite cancellation due to hotel’s fault We were on a long trip and decided to take a rest. We made a booking at around 1:00 AM on the 8th. Unfortunately, Booking.com does not allow selecting a check-in time after midnight, but the reservation clearly stated free cancellation was available until 6:00 PM on the 8th. About 40 minutes after booking, we arrived at the hotel. At reception, we were greeted by an elderly man who spoke only Polish and didn’t understand any English. For 30 minutes, we struggled to locate our reservation and understand each other, while he kept explaining in Polish that there had been an accident in the hotel and most rooms had no water. Eventually, he called his colleague who spoke English. She explained that due to the accident, check-in was not possible, apologized, and assured us that the booking would be cancelled. We left, thinking the issue was resolved. The next day, however, we received a notification that the full amount was charged, marked as a no-show. We contacted Booking.com support, explained the situation in detail, and were told they would try to resolve it. A few days later, they replied that the hotel refused to issue a refund, and Booking.com could do nothing further. We are extremely disappointed. We did arrive, but were unable to check in due to the hotel’s own issues, and yet were charged as if we simply didn’t show up. This is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

In the room, someone smoked in the bathroom, and they couldn’t change it; the night duty officer was unfriendly. However, in the morning, the shift was fantastic—a gorgeous, wonderful lady who answered and resolved all issues. Thanks to her from employee Antonov.

Convenient location for traveling - not far from the highway and there is parking nearby for hotel guests and a gas station not far away, comfortable and clean hotel and rooms, warm and cozy, no smoking in the rooms and a pleasant smell everywhere, there is a convenient place for smoking on the balconies and on territory for those who need it, very polite staff, delicious breakfast.

Not enough charging for the electric vehicle.

The staff is really amazing, very polite, they even opened the restaurant at 9 pm exceptionally for me
