Gabriel went out of his way to provide great recommendations on what to do in the area and truly cared about my well-being during my 2 nights and days in Jardin. “Perfect location, great value for money and an accommodating host.”

The property is conveniently located just a couple minutes walk from both the main square and the bus station you’d arrive at. There’s also a local gym round the corner which was 8,000COP (£1.60ish) for a day pass which was a plus! The hotel is immaculate inside, super clean. The room we had was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was big with a hot shower. The host Gabriel and his staff really take pride in what they do, they were so accommodating and helpful for our entire stay - nothing was too much hassle for them. Gabriel helped to arrange our tours, took our laundry and even booked our bus tickets Medellin and delivered the tickets to us! He really went above and beyond. If I come back one day, I’d be staying here for sure - thanks again Gabriel and the team.

It’s very close to the city center. And very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gabriel the owner is always there to help, give tips and a nice talk.

I highly recommend staying here. I booked for two nights and ended up staying for five, which tells you everything. The location is perfect, and the owner , Gabriel, speaks perfect English and will do anything for you. The room is cleaned daily and there is free water, tea and bananas. I loved being in Jardin and hope to return there one day.

Gabriel is a great host, very helpful and always replying timely. The place is clean. We had a great stay in Jardin and would definitely come back to Volarte Hotel.

“Spotless property in quiet central location”

Quiet spotlessly clean hotel. The host was amazing. He offered recommendations for places to eat and places to hike. There were free bananas and coffee available for guests in the morning. Umbrellas and insect repellant was also available. All this for a very reasonable price

Fantastic host who made us feel very at home and shared lots of helpful information to ensure our trip went smoothly. It was a spotless and very comfortable room with a great communal space to relax in. Lovely and quiet at night and our room was refreshed after one night, which hasn't always been our experience in this country. Also, we had the hottest water we've had of the trip so far! Highly recommend.

I chose this place because of the great reviews about both the accommodation and Gabriel as a host, and it absolutely lived up to them. Gabriel was amazing, super attentive, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. He also gave us excellent local recommendations. The properly was well located, host was amazing and helped us book all of our activities and the place was super clean!

The best host!! Gabriel was so helpful, helped us to book a coffee tour with transportation, translator and gave great reccomendations for hikes and things to see. We really enjoyed sitting and talking with him too! He provided free coffee, tea, bananas and water. The hostel is very pretty and extremely clean in a great location. We found the beds a bit hard for us, but this didnt take away from our great stay.

Gabriel (the manager) is super nice and knowledgeable, he does everything to ensure you have the best stay. The hotel is super well located, quiet, and the rooms are very clean and confortable

“Amazing hosts in a beautiful hostal”

Our stay at Volarte hostal was great! The hostal itself was well designed with lovely attention to deatail. The beds were very confortable, rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and spotless. The hostal is located close to the parque and far away enough for a peaceful rest. Gabriel was an amazing host and Claudia was great - super friendly and attentive and always happy to help. Cant recommend this place enough !
