“A beautiful room with a stunning view and friendly host.”
We booked this room for the view and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning balcony to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and wildlife. Just to be clear the room is in the host’s house but she is extremely friendly and a great character (lots of chat and laughs) - she gave us really good information on Jardin and also booked our tour to the cave which was amazing (highly recommended the tour). You can’t actually use the kitchen anymore but the host’s helper (a lovely Venezuelan girl) will cook for you for a reasonable price - we had breakfast one morning which was delicious (arepas cooked by a Venezuelan 🤌🏼). For us, staying with a local in an authentic house is what makes a trip so much more memorable, we will be coming back next year.

María is a very welcoming and helpful host. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The room balcony offers amazing views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. One small thing I really enjoyed were the super comfy balcony chairs - great for reading and enjoying the view. The location is great just on the edge of town but a couple of minutes walk to the centre.

The house is central located, but in a very quiet street. Room and bathroom are very clean and spacious. The balcony is for two rooms to share, with a nice mountain view and has a comfy furniture. The hosts are amazing - super friendly, very welcoming and always helpful. Special thanks to them! I would highly recommend this place!

Maria, our host was a lovely character and made us feel really welcome. The bathroom was fabulous as was the view from our balcony.
