“Nice experience, especially the surroundings”
The hotel is located in a perfect spot at the river with stunning views of the waterfall from the restaurant. The vegetation at the properties is nicely maintained. The restaurant offers great food, we liked everything that we tried. Staff in the restaurant is very friendly. The staff at the reception seem a bit less welcoming but it was ok. It rained a lot during our stay so we appretiated that the TV has Netflix and Disney+.

This hotel is very nice and well situated near the river. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the place because of some health issues, but we were very happy with our overall stay.

“Great stay, definitely recommended”
The restaurant next to the river was amazing. Food was good. The rooms had a good size and was clean. The staff was helpful in figuring out day-trips and activities.

“Beautiful settings, good breakfast, average dinner (salmon meal).”
Overall this is a lovely place to stay. I ordered one meal, salmon and veg which was not cheap, but the salmon was dry and didn't taste good, like an old frozen filet I might have at home. Everything else was lovely, nice, peaceful and beautiful settings.

The views from any room are excellent. The setting is stunning and the restaurant/bar overlook the rapids on the river. The breakfast was not an English/Irish breakfast but a variety of individual items. The location of the hotel is hard to find from the main road.

the room was good as usual, not so much the view but now i know when i book again, i will prefer rooms from 116 - 121 love that view... Breakfast was delicious and the attention of your staff incredible. i will always recommend the hotel to my friends 100% i had some family that came from Argentina and were happy that i took them there.

“a little Hideaway Gem you mus see, when in Jarabacoa”
The location is breathtaking and very nice located on the JIMENOA Riverside. The REstaurant has a excellent view over the River and Hanging Bridge...a must to walk over.

“Dont stay here”
