“Karibu..”
The villa itself is great. Spacious, clean, and beds are large and comfortable. I booked it for the private swimming pool and it was nothing less than expected. Completely private, and gets cleaned 3 times a week. 10 minutes walk from the beach. The personnel are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend it for everyone who appreciates privacy.

“Exciting And Adventurous Experience”
We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

“Exciting And Adventurous Experience”

“A real Zanzibar experience”
This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

“Amazing House and place!”
Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!
