The bartender also makes the most refreshing lime, mint and soda of all time! But the best part are the hosts, who took very good care of me in an unexpected health emergency. Thanks to them, I continued with my trip with confidence.

I loved this place! The owners are so lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area where you have peace and quiet. I preferred this to other busier parts of the island. The food was fantastic, I really liked the breakfast each day. All the staff working there were so nice. I don’t normally repeat where I stay but I can’t wait to go back already.

Small, friendly, right on the beach, great food.

I have celiac disease, and can not eat products and food containing gluten. This was quite difficult many places for breakfast or lunsj, but here that was no problem and they even got me gluten-free pasta, cookies and bread!

We had a great stay at the Spot in Jambiani. It is a great location to be able to visit Jambiani, Jozani forest and the south of Zanzibar. The Room was spacious with great amenities (hangers, bench to put bags, a small table, a kettle), with A/C and a mosquito net. The pool is very nice, with sun beds looking straight to the sea. The food is also nice. Thanks to all the team !

The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and friendly. It's a small and very quiet accommodation, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast choice was incredible! The rooms were equipped with everything needed, very clean, warm water and the accommodation felt safe and very welcoming. If I would return to Jambiani, I would stay there again!

An amazing location, right on Jambiani beach, which is beautiful. There is a substanstial breakfast and food available throughout the day. Its the little touches that make this place amazing - the pot to rinse sand off your feet, the 2 bottles of water provided each day for cleaning teeth etc., staff coming at sunset to spray the room against the mosquitoes. The staff are amazing and super helpful. There is a kayak you can use for free to go and paddle out on the ocean but otherwise its fine just to relax on the loungers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Jambiani.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at TheSpot in this part of Jambiani! It was a lively place but not too busy, with direct access to the ocean where we enjoyed a few swims when the tide allowed. You can enjoy long walks along the beach in either direction (in low tide) or rent a bike from the property to discover the area. The food at TheSpot is delicious and fresh, we saw people from nearby hotels come for lunch and dinner. We also joined for a group boat tour from the hotel to Pungumwe Island and it was one of the best snorkelling trips for us, the owner knew the best spots and provided delicious food, fruit and refreshments. We would highly recommend this place.

“A gem in Jambiani”

TheSpot is a small hotel that looks directly onto Jambiani beach with a swimming pool and beach service included. Very quiet, so much so that at night the only noise is the one of the sea waves. The room where we stayed was sufficiently spacious and furnished in an essential way, cleaned every day with daily change of towels. Breakfast is plentiful with the possibility of choosing from the breakfast menu among various alternatives. For lunch and dinner is possible to use the internal restaurant where dishes prepared with great care are served, given the quality of the food we have always used the internal restaurant. Drinking water is also provided in the room twice a day and daily change of beach towels. Then there are Vale and Roberto, a great strength that greatly enhances this hotel, always available and with care to the needs of the guests, also all the staff is attentive and available, but with great discretion. It was a shame us to stay for only three days, this to say that we strongly recommend this structure which is a gem in Jambiani.
