Nice place! Perfect location - 2 min walking to the beach. Very hospitable host. Room is simple but with everything you need. Comfortable bed. My next staying in Jambiani will be here again for sure.

The only thing it's 1 minute from the water. That all I can't find anything .. We wer going to have birthday party at the place. We had to cancel the party coz the food was very very bad

The villa was lovely and clean. The location was very good. Close to the village and the beach, all within easy walking distance. The poeple were friendly.

“Only for low budget travelers.”
The place is really close to the beach and it is one of the cheapest accommodation in Jambiani. It is safe and clean enough. We could check out in the afrernoon.

The people working there are angels! They helped me to get there, showed me where to by good food, fruits, where the beach is and even brought me cheap drinks from a far away pup so i did not have to walk there myself. What ever you need there are there for you! The kitchen is well equipped. Its quiet. near to the beach, with sea water as warm as in a hot spring.
