“The best holidays”
The location was great (we stayed in the restaurant area) and it was much more better when staying with kids (drinks and meals nearby, can bring it to the pool) and mainly 2 houses were using the pool. Very convenient. All the staff were also great! We felt very safe. The sea views are amazing.

“We found paradise and it’s Jambiani Villas.”
All the staff were incredibly lovely and made us feel at home straight away. The view from our room was stunning and the food was excellent. Jambiani beach is gorgeous - don’t be put off by the high and low tides! We cannot fault this place at all, we’d go back in a heartbeat.

We had a superb stay at Jambiani Villas. The place was very clean, the food excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the chilled atmosphere and that the property backed onto the beach

“Idyllic villa, beautiful beach, lovely service”
Stayed in a wonderful 3 bed villa at the Kusini property. Location on the beach was great and service was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa was immaculate with lovely furniture and well equipped. It was cleaned everyday. It almost felt like we had our own private pool as we only shared it with one other villa and we were never in the pool at the same time as other guests. You could also walk along the beach to other cafes for lunch. For dinner, best to book a taxi there and back.

“A good hotel, a pity in the way the billing is not customer friendly and just a couple of areas of improvements”
The 2 bedroom villa was amazing, with views from the balcony being sensational. Your staff are wonderful and did everything they could do to make our stay an enjoyable one. The two buffet nights were very good and the entertainment top notch.

“The location and the villa worth the stay if you ignore the details”
The location is great just by a nice quiet beach, all the staff really lovely and helpful - they really go above and beyond to make you happy. the food in the restaurant was good. We booked a private bbq one night which was the absolute highlight of the trip, they have done it very well. The villa is spacious and nicely designed, cleaned every day.

“Dream vacation in an amazing location -”
We had such a great time at Jambiani Villas - The amazing breakfast to start the day with fresh fruit, eggs to order, espresso, joghurt, pastries you name it. We loved the walk along the beach to the restaurant. The properties are all beautiful. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was just perfect - waking up with a view of the beach and ocean was amazing. Super helpful hosts who organized all our excursions and were always there to answer questions and help with transportation. We ventured out a few times to other restaurants near by for dinner - but the dinners at the restaurant of Jambiani Villas were the best- such great vibe and always changing daily special - made us feel like home.
