We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect. Amazing location with a beautiful beach. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. The food in the restaurant is some of the best we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Dhow Resort. 10/10

The resort was beautiful and very well managed. Ilyas and Farid were brilliant and took great care of us as well as the kitchen staff and all security. Very friendly and gave us great recommendations. Food was amazing and good halal options. Made our stay perfect.

We had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast- Fresh , scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a variety of fruits. Outdoor seating area was perfect for a sunny morning. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and delicious breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, nice people, the beach is great, food is good , everything was perfect. If you want to relax-go here. Francis is very nice boy ☺️ We changed 4 hotels in Zanzibar and it was the best one we had. I wish I could stay more then 2 night there .

It’s a pretty stunning place, managers were warm and very welcoming and so were the staff.

The staff were always present, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. You really feel at home here. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool — it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The food was also really good.

Beautiful location with a quiet beach on your door step. Rooms very clean and overlook the pool. Food at the restaurant was affordable and very tasty. Breakfast had lots of options. Shout out to Farid, who went above and beyond to help us with organising a game fishing trip. He was very attentive throughout our short stay and always friendly.

“Beautiful, picturesque hotel with great staff”

The staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel were very helpful in organising very accommodating drivers (such as a nice man called AD) to collect us to go to different locations in the local area (very reasonably priced). The drinks menu at the restaurant was varied and since we benefitted from a guest discount easily the cheapest and best value cocktails I had in Zanzibar (I was able to pay by card too which is useful). The beach was connected to the hotel (less than a 60 second walk from hotel room to sand). The beach was beautiful and sandy. Free breakfast included with stay was really tasty - included avocado salad, full english, chicken sandwich etc The check-in and out process was easy and we were able to check in even at 3am due to a late arrival Overall amazing picturesque hotel and great value!

Clean, family friendly, great breakfast, fantastic hospitality from the staff. Farid was really good on taking care of us. He arranged all of our tour and these tours included with personal driver+car. The price is competitive with tour from other operator and you will get the private tour. Farid is responsive and always try to make our stay memorable. I had a fishing tour and got a blue marlin fish. Farid arranged the restaurant to cook the fish and serve it as lunch for us. All the staff from kitchen to security were also welcoming. The beach is just 10 meter away from your room. Great resort!
