From the second you step foot into the resort, you are entirely immersed in a unique paradise experience. What Valentin & Denisa have created here is truly remarkable. From the decor in the bathroom to the fresh juice at breakfast, every single aspect has been meretriciously thought out to give you the ultimate 5* experience. The staff are exceptional and a special shout out to William who looked after us throughout our stay and made the best passion fruit cocktails ever! The food cannot be missed, it is unbelievable, not just the best we’ve eaten in Zanzibar but some of the best meals we’ve ever eaten, and my husband is a chef so we don’t say that lightly. If I could give this place 100* I still don’t think it would be enough. Thank you to all at Casa Paradis for making our Zanzibar trip so memorable. We will definitely be back in the not so distant future.

The hosts, Denisa and Valentin, were absolutely lovely. Great atmosphere for those loooking for a quiet and upscale retreat. Extraordinary dining at the inhouse restaurant. The included breakfast was so good and hearty we practicaly didn't need lunch.

Denisa and Valentin created a real paradise! Beautiful small boutique hotel, authentic area of the beach in jambiani. You can feel its built with love. Styling of the rooms is fantastic! Nice view over the ocean, the swimmingpool with shadow of the palmtrees, the kindness and smile from william evers day. The excellent breakfast! Great menu during evening time. The hammock on the balcony so relaxed overviewing the ocean. We didn't want to leave this paradise.

“A wonderful place”

A wonderful place. Quiet, but also in the midst of local dynamics which takes place on the beautiful white sand beach and the neighboring village. Always something to see: fisherman sailing out, children playing, women searching for small crabs in the sand, teens playing football, a few Masai gentlemen that are trying to sell their jewellery. In short: daily Zanzibar-life in front of your eyes. Very interesting and fun to watch. The pool is marvelous; you can always find a spot with some natural shade of the palmtrees. Only a few rooms in this hotel, so very quiet all day; if you are looking for peaceful surroundings....this is the place to be. Valentin and Denisa are wonderful hosts, thanks to both! The team in the kitchen performs miracles; the food is fresh and excellent. Refined dishes, delicate flavours. I cannot imagine a better place in Zanzibar to have dinner. Breakfast is abundant and fresh. Perfect. All staff, without exception, is kind and very friendly. Special thanks to William and Marco. Great guys, also helping us learning Swahili. Asante Sana guys! People in Zanzibar are overall very friendly and welcoming. Do you need anything else?

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Casa Paradis! The hotel had a great boutique feel with amazing food, great service and right on the beach. Denisa & Valentin were the perfect hosts!

Our stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us with a warm, friendly demeanor that set the tone for the entire visit. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests, and it made a real difference to our experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming and well-maintained atmosphere. The grounds are peaceful and provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Whether by the pool or enjoying drinks at the bar, we always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast and dinner were standout highlights. Each meal was prepared with care and showcased fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, while dinner offered exceptional dishes. We also loved the pool area, which was a great place to unwind. The rooftop terrace, with its stunning views, was perfect for enjoying a cocktail as the sun set. Everything was meticulously clean, our room was cleaned twice a day, and every corner of the hotel reflected the high standards of upkeep and attention to detail. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were always attentive and eager to assist with anything we needed, ensuring that our time here was as enjoyable as possible. This boutique hotel offers a truly exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with fantastic food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere.

Beautiful property with rich charisma and charm. The interior design is aesthetic and compliments the 'on the beach' vibe. If you're opting for a relaxing beach getaway, away from the partying and music in Paje, Casa Paradis is the best hotel to stay at. A short drive from the food hotspots and markets. The sea view from the hotel was stunning and exactly what we were looking for, along with direct access to beach. Hosts were welcoming and hospitable and staff were friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Every detail—from the soft beach towels to the warm, personal friendliness of the hosts—is thoughtfully planned and executed with love. The kitchen is a standout: fresh, creative, and hands down the best food we've had in years. Dining here is not just a meal, it's an experience. The hosts are truly amazing—welcoming, attentive, and full of local insight. They make you feel like part of the family. Things to Know About Jambiani: - Tides are significant: swimming is best at high tide, so a bit of research goes a long way. - The area is peaceful and not overly touristy, perfect for those seeking serenity. - Outside the hotel, activities are limited to ocean walks, kitesurfing, or organised tours. - The local people are incredibly friendly, but infrastructure is basic and poverty is visible—something to be mindful of as a visitor. - Pro tip: bring plenty of small dollar bills for tipping—taxi drivers, cleaners, and service staff all appreciate it.

We’ve just spent several amazing days at this hotel and we couldn’t be happier. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the hotel itself has a lovely design, with tasteful décor and a common terrace with stunning sea views. What really made the difference were the hosts, Denis and Valentin. From the very first moment, they were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. The breakfasts were great – varied, fresh and high-quality. And if you choose to have dinner there (dinners are not included), we can honestly say it was the best food we had during our time in Zanzibar. Delicious and made with great care. We’re leaving truly grateful and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, Denisa and Valentin made us feel less like customers and more like personal guests. The entire hotel is exceptionally well thought-out and beautifully designed. The staff were also amazing — always smiling, always helpful, and constantly going the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. Everything about the hotel is perfect. Our room was incredible and we were totally blown away. Valentin and Denisa were so lovely and as were the staff. The breakfast was great and would highly recommend dinning in the evening.

The hotel owners had invested a great deal in comfort and quality. The experience was excellent. They had the ambition to create a first-class customer experience. The food was very tasty. A small, very minor point for improvement is that the hotel offers breakfast and dinner, so you might get hungry during the day since there are no restaurants nearby.

The food is the best we had on Zanzibar - breakfast and dinner. The attention to detail in the hotel, like small water-trays to clean sand off feet before entering rooms, the design, the sunbeds. The servers and owners are very attentive and helpful!

This Place is just wonderful, we fehlt like home just a few Hours After arriving. Denisa and Valentine and all the other stuff are so helpful, kind and friendly. We enjoyed every minute there and felt safe. The food was amazing, we would always recommend to eat there. One of my favorite places so far, we will come back for sure ☺️
